Invoices under $2,000 will have the entire balance auto debited within 30 minutes after the sale ends.

Invoices over $2,000 require a bank wire transfer or direct deposit to be initiated before 3PM on the sale day.  After payment is made the buyer will receive an email with their paid invoice attached, pick up instructions as well as a link to schedule their pickup at the tow lot.

**If buyer is not picking up in person, a bank wire is required before 3pm on the date of the auction.

Your registration/Bids will NOT be active until terms and conditions are verified over the phone. Please register 24 hours prior to the sale to ensure your registration has time to be processed. If you have not been confirmed over the phone or your bid WILL NOT be active/approved. For best results at bidding, we encourage leaving your maximum bid. Your bid will only be increased incrementally as another bidder outbids you up to your max amount. Please be sure you have the funds to purchase prior to bidding.

2. NEW BIDDERS: YOUR BIDS WILL NOT BE APPROVED UNTIL WE SPEAK TO YOU AND CONFIRM INFORMATION. IF YOU PLACE A BID AND IT IS IN PENDING STATUS IT IS NOT APPROVED. **
***PLEASE NOTE: If you have never purchased a vehicle at this tow lot auction it is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that you read ALL the terms and conditions. There is specific information regarding this auction that you must know! 

3. VEHICLES ARE NOT INSPECTED. NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
Vehicles are sold "as-is". Where is, in existing condition. No warranty. There is no guarantee expressed or implied from the seller or agent and there are no returns or refunds.
All information provided regarding the condition of the vehicle is deemed dependable but is not guaranteed. We strongly encourage bidders to preview vehicles in person before bidding. All information should be independently verified by the bidder. Some vehicles have batteries or keys, some may not. Miles per odometer reading, if available. A complete inspection of the vehicle should be made by the bidder prior to the auction. No comments by the seller or auction company constitute a professional inspection or advice. 

4. TITLE APPLICATION INFORMATION
Vehicles are sold at auction unless the owner/lien holder/insurance company redeems the amount due to the tow lot before 5 p.m. the day before the sale.

All City Tow reserves the right to pull any vehicle from the sale if necessary. Vehicles are sold by possessory lien with a bill of sale only. If no VIN on item, no paperwork to apply for a title will be available. 

Some vehicles may have a lien from a state other than Kansas. If there is a lien from another state, it is cleared in Kansas. It will not clear the lien in the original state. For example: If it is registered in Missouri, the lien will remain on vehicle and may prevent it from being titled until lien in cleared. 

Missouri residents: If you are not a Kansas resident, please contact your local DMV prior to bidding to confirm your state's procedure regarding the paperwork. Not all states accept Kansas paperwork. Vehicles are being sold under possessory lien per Kansas law.

Paperwork to apply for a title is available for purchase the week of the sale for $150 cash * see more information below. There is no guarantee that you will be able to obtain a title. If there are issues, contact the tow lot for assistance.  All sales are final. Please note you purchase the paperwork to apply for a title, which you take to your local/state DMV-you are not given a title directly from the tow lot. 

5. REGISTRATION:
Register online: you must be over 18 with a legal photo id and a valid credit card in your name. If you are the winning bidder, you will need to present these in person at pick up. 
Upon registration your credit card will be verified. This is the same card that will be debited if you are the high bidder-see payment information for more details. We do not take cash apps. The card must be in the bidder's full name and current address. 

6. PREVIEW
Preview is available by appointment. Register online first then call All City Tow to schedule an appointment at 913-371-1000 after videos are posted.

7. INVOICE PAYMENT
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT AND FEE INFO:
There is a 6% buyer's premium and a $25 per vehicle processing fee added to the purchase price total. Please plan accordingly.

Terms of payment:

Invoice Total under $2000: MasterCard, Discover, Visa or American Express on file will be debited with in 30 minutes the end of the sale.

Invoice Total over $2000: Before 3pm on the sale day - Bidder may Wire Funds from your bank account to Hiatt Auction LLC or deposit cash funds directly at Security Bank of Kansas City in the Hiatt Auction LLC account.

Please have your funds ready prior to bidding. Failure to make payment will result in a permanent ban. If you do not have the money, do not bid.
We do not accept cash or credit card apps for payment.
You must bring the physical credit card used to show at pick up along with your photo ID. 

Pick Up Appointment must be scheduled BEFORE arrival at the tow lot AFTER payment is processed.

 Winning Bidder is responsible to pay in full for every lot won within the timeline given above. Failure to do so will make you subject to a $200 fee and will result in a permanent ban from all sales and will be reported as a no pay. Please plan with your bank and Hiatt Auction 24 hours prior to bidding to avoid any complications. It is a simple process.
Any issues with processing must be rectified immediately with Hiatt Auction or you will risk being permanently banned from all auctions.
There are no cancellations, chargebacks, or refunds at this auction.

By registering, you are agreeing to allow text messages to your phone number regarding payment and pick up.

After completed payment is verified the buyer will be emailed a copy of their paid invoice with a link to schedule an appointment to pick up their vehicle.

8. BIDDER RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL BIDS PLACED IN THEIR NAME.
NOTICE: Any bidder that allows someone else to use their information will be responsible for all payments due. If the bidder allows a previously banned bidder to use their information to bid they will be banned as well from future auctions. 

9. TITLE PAPERWORK:
When picking up the vehicle the buyer will acquire the bill of sale from ALL CITY TOW.
At pick up, buyer is strongly encouraged to purchase the paperwork to apply for a title. You will need this paperwork to apply for a title from the DMV when you go to register your vehicle. Paperwork fee at pick up $150.00 cash.
After the week of the sale, the paperwork cost is an additional $25 through the month and an additional $25 per month after that.

 The purchased paperwork will be available at pick up at All City Tow. 

10. PICK UP: 
You must pick up vehicles in person with your paid invoice, legal photo id and credit card used for payment in hand.

If sending a company truck or another tow company to pick up your vehicles: you must pay with bank wire transfer from an account in your name. Email Hiatt Auction an authorization releasing the vehicle to the person or company picking it up. Supply the pickup driver with a copy of the paid invoice.

Pick up must be scheduled via a link emailed with your paid invoice. By clicking on the link, you will see available times and dates to schedule. Do not show up in person without an appointment. Do not schedule an appointment until your vehicles are paid for as advised. Failure to pick up by Friday will result in storage fees of $25 per calendar day starting Saturday following the sale. If not picked up during pick up days, the tow lot may consider the vehicle abandoned by buyer.  The tow lot is closed on weekends.

No shipping.  Call All City Tow at 913-371-1000 to get a quote for towing if needed.  If sending an agent/tow company payment must be made by wired funds from your bank and an appointment is still required.
No repairs or clean out allowed at the tow lot. The buyer is responsible for themselves and the vehicle. Absolutely no one on the lot under the age of 18.

TECH INFO:
The auction will start closing in lot order every 30 seconds on Thursday at 10 a.m. We encourage you to place your minimum and maximum bid any time prior to the 10 a.m. start, especially if you will not be available to watch the auction and bid online when the closing starts. In the case of a tie bid the earliest bid wins. Please be aware that internet lag or interruption can occur. 
***Please be sure you are in the **live catalog** on auction day. It is the only place that shows real time bidding. If you are in the "my bids" section, it only updates apx. Every 40 seconds. Also be sure to refresh your screen periodically. Microsoft may put it in "sleep" mode and not show current information. 
 in case of a network system error the auction may need to restart at the auctioneer's discretion.

Failure to abide by the terms and conditions can result in not being allowed to bid in the future at future auctions.

We reserve the right to refuse bidders that do not comply with terms or have a prior record of non-payment or other issues that do not comply with the tow lot or auction company's terms and conditions.
